We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Jewellery. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
To Return or Exchange an Item, Simply
1. Return your purchase: Return your purchase to us, undamaged, unaltered in its original condition within 30 days of taking delivery.
2. Shipment and Insurance: Send the package by Royal Mail Special Delivery OR FEDEX/DHL/UPS and insure the package for the full amount of purchase. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Also request a return receipt to ensure the shipment is tracked.
3. Security: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not). You should NOT write buyfinediamonds Jewellery, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.

4. International Buyer: Please make sure you state that the item is return for the refund or british return goods, to avoid customs delay.

Conditions of Return
Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules :
1. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent from Buy Fine Diamonds within 30 days. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or repair.
2. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
3. If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a £100 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged.
4. Custom or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of BuyFineDiamonds.com LTD
Return Time
All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
